A clinical psychologist, trained in Dr. Gabor Maté’s approach to trauma healing.
I am passionate about helping people on their journey towards self-discovery and healing. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and I empower and guide my clients to tap into their inner resources.
I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the needs of each client, by incorporating evidence-based techniques from various therapeutic modalities, as well as mindfulness and breathing techniques from the Eastern traditions.
Ultimately, I view people as multidimensional beings with interconnected aspects of mind, body, soul, and spirit. I believe that true healing encompasses all of these, and I have a holistic approach to facilitate long-lasting transformation.
Outside of my work, I love reading, meditating, practising yoga, and spending time in nature. I express my inner world and subconsciousness through drawing and journaling – in that way I stay connected with my authentic self. In addition, I actively engage in my own therapy as a part of my commitment to self-awareness and overcoming my core beliefs and challenges. I practise what I teach, and I believe that my own personal growth enhances my ability to support my clients on their journeys.

I view the human psyche holistically because every aspect of a person can be important and influential in other aspects of their life. Just like in nature, everything is interconnected. Additionally, I believe in the integration of different approaches in psychology because they are often not mutually exclusive, but rather complementary. In my work, it is important for me to build a healthy relationship based on sincerity and stimulating the fundamental quality that we possess – curiosity.
I can be helpful with a wide range of things, so I oftentimes it is helpful to set a specific intention and direction towards which to move. Sometimes, this can be something simple, like an intention to self-actualize or to connect more deeply with oneself. I perceive myself as a facilitator, exploring together with you your experiences, thoughts, and actions.
I have various interests that change over time, but some that persist over the years include travelling (in nature; different countries), music – playing various instruments, reading articles of a scientific nature as well as ones that are simply interesting to me, and juggling, as it brings my focus to the present moment. I enjoy engaging in different things and delving into the mechanics behind the processes, as well as letting myself fully experience them.
